Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ranked.fit (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

ranked.fit publishes HYROX athlete rankings and race results compiled from publicly available event results, and lets athletes claim and manage their own profile. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Accounts and claiming a profile

You may sign in to claim a profile. By claiming a profile you confirm that you are the athlete it represents, or are authorised to act on their behalf. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or remove accounts or profiles that are claimed falsely, misused, or used to abuse the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• claim a profile that is not yours or impersonate another person;
• scrape, copy, or republish the Service’s data in bulk without permission;
• upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

5. Accuracy of data

Results and rankings are compiled from third-party published sources and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We do not warrant that any data is accurate, complete, or current. If you believe a result is wrong, or you want your data corrected or removed, contact us at info@ranked.fit or see our Privacy Policy.

6. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ranked.fit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on the rankings or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
